glucose. Some diabetic super-foods or foods with low glycemic index (a ranking of carbohydrate-containing foods based on foods effect on blood glucose compared with a standard reference food) include beans, dark
green vegetables, citrus fruit, sweet potatoes, berries, tomatoes, fish, whole grains, nuts, fat free milk/yogurt.
